We use this EPOS solution at The Lodge At Winchelsea ( 70 covers 28 bedrooms). This company are outstanding, their software is extremely fast even though it’s Windows based. The till is fast and stable, simple to use and the feature set is comprehensive. It’s totally reliable and the support is excellent. No matter who you speak with the response is accurate, timely and willingly given. Really cannot fault the software or the support really pleased to recommend them and their systems which are also reasonably priced.
You guys have impressed us no end since lockdown and continue to do so while we’ve experienced a few problems since opening. Thank you.
