Download Memsec7 Back Office
If you’re a Memsec7 customer already and would like to install the back office software on another computer please follow the steps below;
- Email us at support@active-workspace.com to request a remote setup. This is so we can verify your identity when you call, so there’s no need to wait for a reply.
- Download the installer program using the button below. (Some anti-virus packages will try to block the download, as it’s an installer program. If this happens, please temporarily disable your anti-virus program and try again, but remember to reactivate it once the installation is complete.)
- Run the installer and choose ‘Memsec7 Client Only’. This will download and install the program and associated drivers. Click ‘Yes’ to any prompts that come up.
- Once the program’s installed it will ask if you wish to run the apps now. You can say yes to this question and then click next on the first screen that appears.
- Call us on 01245408030 to complete the process. You can also call us for assistance if you encounter any problems with steps 2-4.
