Customer Survey – Takeaway/Delivery Orders
With multiple delivery operators and online platforms available to restaurants today, it can soon become confusing if you’re dealing with more than one source for your takeaway or delivery orders. We’re considering partnering with an amalgamator to take all your online orders, no matter which platform they’re from, and make them available in Memsec7. No more separate printers, tablets or phone apps! This involves a lot of work on our part, so we can only do this if we know there would be demand from our customers for the end product. Please answer the questions below so we can get a feel for likely demand for this.
Please bear in mind that the amalgamator charges between £69 and £166 + VAT per month for bringing all your orders together, depending on numbers.
