We now offer 6 types of integration; Restaurant table reservations, Cue Sports (“Play”) table reservations, Online ordering, Online Membership application, Loyalty points lookup and Track & Trace.

Basic Format

Because mobile browsers no longer support session cookies within iframes we’ve altered our model so that we now present pages directly in their own window or tab. As such, all that’s now required on our mutual customer’s website is a link to the relevant type of integration, as shown below;

The parameter to follow “s=” is the unique identifier for each customer. If this is the first time you’ve configured an integration for a particular customer the identifier will be sent to you via email. If you need to update an existing site please use the identifier previously advised. If you don’t have an identifier please email [email protected] to request one, making sure you clearly identify the customer involved.

CSS

Although the module will open in a separate window or tab, we can still make it appear similar to the customer’s site by using similar CSS details. We can apply colours, and fonts as follows;

  • Form – background colour, border width, border colour
  • Nav Bar, Status bar – font family, font colour, background colour
  • Buttons – font family, font weight, border radius, margin, font colour, background colour (for 3 separate states: selected, deselected and disabled)
  • Text/Input boxes – font family, background colour, font colour
  • Date picker – font size, background colour

Please note that styling is not currently available for online ordering or Track & Trace.
