Unlike most other reports this allows you to compile your own list. Simply add as many or as few details as you require about companies and traders you may need to get hold of in a hurry. It’s there for quick access on the system or print it out and pin it up where everyone can see it.

Emergency Contact Report

Simply click ‘Add’ to record details of a new contact. That will show a form with boxes for Company Name, Contact Name, Account Number, Phone and Email. Record as many or as few details as required – often that’s just company name and phone number. It may help to also put the company’s area of expertise if it’s not obvious from their name.
