The current stock report will display the currently recorded stock level for all products in a selected stock family. When you first choose this report you’ll see a prompt asking you to select the relevant stock family;
Once you have chosen the required stock type, click OK and the report will build. It will look like this;
Products are listed in category then product order, alphabetically. Next to the product name you can see the quantity in stock, followed by the measurements those numbers relate to. There’s then a valuation of that stock quantity, then the final two columns show the quantity and size of that product currently on order.
If you’ve not been using the stock order and delivery aspect of the system, it’s likely this report will show negative values for the quantities in stock, since sales are automatically recorded by the till but deliveries need to be added manually.
