You record customer information on the till screen or in the back office, whichever is most convenient. This gives you a database of customers which can be used in a variety of ways to keep regulars up to date or entice them to visit. Send text messages or emails to all or a select few of your loyalty customers, encouraging them to visit more or notifying them of special offers.
When they join up, you can issue customers a swipe card that they can then hand over at the till to earn their points, or if you prefer you can simply search by name or number. Swiping a card on the till will show the owner’s name on the sale screen. The till can also display a points update after every transaction. If you also opt for one of our custom smartphone apps, your customers can view their balance on their phones and you can even require them to use the app to activate the ability to spend points.
Multiple site operators can allow cards to be used across all sites, allowing both earning and redemption of points at any site (requires an active internet connection at all sites).
