Memsec7 Hospitality EPoS
MemSec7 is the latest iteration of MemSec EPoS for Hospitality. It combines the ease of use and clarity that has always made MemSec EPoS popular with more up to date technologies that mean it’s faster, more powerful and even easier to program than its illustrious predecessor. As well as the features our customers know and love from previous versions, these are some of the unique benefits to MemSec7 Hospitality EPoS;

Rebuilt with new technology
MemSec7 has been built from scratch to incorporate all of the best features of previous versions of MemSec EPoS whilst adding the great new features listed above and taking advantage of new design environments to produce faster, more efficient programs. Replacing a system that’s been growing for over 15 years doesn’t happen overnight, so we’re still adding features to MemSec7 all the time. Unlike previous versions though, MemSec7 is automatically updated so that any new features are immediately available to all users.
MemSec7, as with all previous versions of MemSec EPoS, is being added to all the time, often as a result of customer requests. Some examples of features now available exclusively through MemSec7 are listed below.
- Email reports directly, or export to Excel
- Staff Rota system – control staff costs more easily
- Layered food modifiers – eg cooking instructions, sauces, sides
- Specials categories – easily switch items on or off

- Restaurant Table Bookings – online and onsite
- Kitchen monitor – replace or complement kitchen printers with screens
- Postcode lookup – enter members’ addresses more easily & quickly

You might expect a brand new system with all of the extra features and facilities of MemSec7 Hospitality EPoS to come at a large premium. You’d be wrong. Because it represents a saving to us as well as an improvement to you, we want to make MemSec7 available to as many customers, new and existing, as possible. Therefore for most customers there’s no additional charge in comparison to earlier, monthly licensed versions, and our standard licence fee for new customers is the same regardless.
