However, its real power comes from the fact that it’s not a stand-alone program but a part of the MemSec Hospitality EPOS system. This offers so many benefits;
- No need for separate device(s) to receive orders
- No re-keying orders into the till
- Till and/or a printer will alert you to any new orders received
- Review orders received on the till, and accept or reject as required
- Once an order is accepted (this can be automatic), it will print to the kitchen and bar printers in the same way as a normal till order
- The system can send confirmation emails and/or text messages at various stages of the order process, keeping your customer informed.
