Select any date range, no matter how short or long. For historical reports, there’s an option to include Deleted Clerks. Clicking ‘Generate Report’ will produce a list of each department and its employees.
Columns in this report show the employee’s joining date, if stored, the number of days in the selected period working, off sick, holiday and otherwise absent. There are then sections for Hours Rota’d and Hours Worked, each broken down into Training, Working and Total, then a column for hourly rate and finally the overall wages for the period.
Each department has a Totals row in the report, and there’s a Grand Total at the bottom of the report.
