MemSec EPoS 7
MemSec EPoS 7 is a highly configurable and richly featured hospitality till system that is so simple to use that it requires little or no user training. It is deal for pubs, night clubs, members’ clubs, coffee bars and cafés, and offers the option of cashless payment alongside traditional means, making it also ideal for schools, colleges and workplace canteens.

MemSec 7 Back Office
The back office program can be accessed on your Memsec7 till but really comes into its own when installed on an office computer or laptop. Our unique architecture means that although the system is not cloud based you can still use the program wherever you happen to be so long as you’re online.

The Memsec7 back office program is the only tool you’ll need to get the best out of your Memsec7 system, whether you need to run reports, add items, change prices or even manage bookings or other advanced features. For multiple site owners, the one program offers access to all sites, making life even easier.

MemSec 7 Online Ordering
Memsec7 supports online ordering for table service, takeaway collection and delivery. It can also be used for Gift Voucher sales and even for track & trace contact recording. There’s no downloading required, customers simply click on a link on your website or scan a QR code to go straight to the app on any internet-enabled device.

Orders come straight to your till and are printed in the kitchen and/or bar just as if you’d placed them on the till. You have full control over what can be ordered when, and the app supports payment so you can be sure you’ve been paid even before you start to prepare an order.

MemSec Restaurant Bookings
MemSec7 Table Booking is another optional module for Memsec7. It provides a table reservation system that can easily be integrated with your website, allowing customers to book tables quickly and simply. Available at a fraction of the price of some reservation programs, it can immediately offer savings to any business that doesn’t rely on online services to attract customers on its behalf.

MemSec7 Waiter Pads
MemSec7 Waiter Pads make use of wifi connectivity and the latest advances in touchscreen technology to allow you to take orders at the table more efficiently and without needing to go back to the till.

MemSec7 Kitchen Monitor
As an optional component of the MemSec7 Hospitality EPoS system, this module facilitates kitchen operation in busy food outlets. A touch screen in the kitchen allows the staff there to keep track of current orders, and lets them know where in the building they need to be sent when cooked.

MemSec Smartphone Apps
Whether you require a simple app that does no more than provide contact details or a complex one with loyalty points lookup, push notifications and table bookings we can help. Because the app links into your MemSec systems, there’s no need to maintain separate data or systems.

MemSec Table Control
In venues such as snooker clubs, pool clubs or squash clubs, and increasingly lately poker venues and even table tennis clubs, where usage of a facility is granted by lighting a table or other area, the MemSec Table Light Control system provides total control and security over light usage. Unlike other systems which rely on feedback from manual systems, it controls all light switches and so ensures total revenue protection.
