Order at Table App for Customers
In order to support our customers reopening in July 2020 we developed an app that will allow end users to order for delivery, collection or even at the table from within your venue.
- Links seamlessly to the Till system.
- Specify which items customers can order and prices. (Food &/or Drink) set at each site.
- Make different items available at different times.
- Take payment at the end of the order.

To help you and your customers get the most out of your MemSec EPoS and membership systems, we can now produce individually tailored apps for iOS and Android. Whether you require a simple app that does no more than provide contact details or a complex one with loyalty points lookup, push notifications and table bookings we can help. Because the app links into your MemSec systems, there’s no need to maintain separate data or systems. Available features include
- Table booking options for both dining and cue sports tables
- Contact options, including direct Phone and Email links so customers can get in touch quickly and easily
- Map view, showing your location on Google maps
- Events – list forthcoming events at your venue with images and if applicable, ticket prices
- Menus can be shown without requiring the customer to download them to their device
- Loyalty – let your customers know how many points they have and what that might be worth
- Push notifications – send messages to your app users, and even filter according to their preferences
Your app is unique to your business, and as with all of our products if there’s something else you need it to do, just ask. Because it’s linked with your MemSec EPoS system features such as in-app ordering and/or bill payment can be achieved without the need to re-enter data into the till.
