Details of all tabs cleared in period
This report has two sections. To view the report select a date and the type of tabs you wish to report on at the top of the form. You can choose to view tabs opened or closed on the selected date. To view the details click ‘Load Report’.
The first element of the report is a summary of all of the tabs matching the criteria. Each is shown with the time it was paid or opened, the name/number of the tab, any description and the total.
Double-clicking on a tab in this list, or highlighting a tab and clicking on the ‘Open Tab Details’ button at the bottom will open a separate window with details of all of the activity on the tab. At the top of this window you can see the name, the time started and if recorded the number of covers and any description. The name of any staff member who’s contributed to the tab is listed, followed by the date and time of any activity. The name of any items added is shown along with the price. If any of those items have cooking or preparation details those will be listed under ‘Other Items’ and any associated additional charge will be shown in the second ‘Cost’ column.
