All our licensed customers have direct access to a support engineer 24 hours a day. During office hours we’re happy to help with any type of query or training, and out of hours we’ll do everything possible to get your system running as soon as possible if there’s a problem.

ActiveAnywhere

ActiveAnywhere is our own remote access software, specially designed for use with our customers. It allows us to easily and directly connect to the customer’s system if they have any support issues.

All you need to do is click the download link below to download the software, and RUN the downloaded file, don’t save. If successful, you will receive a message saying “ActiveAnywhere install successful”. At that point, we will be able to log on to your computer and give you the help you require.
