Loyalty schemes are a standard option in MemSec7. Where a site offers customers discounts for their loyalty this report will provide a breakdown of the impact those discounts have had in the period selected.
After selecting the desired date range you will have a choice of two different formats for the report. The first option is to display the impact on each stock family recorded in the system. This information is particularly useful to stock takers, allowing them to assess the ‘losses’ attributable to this type of discount.
The second option is to view the discounts by Reporting Group. For this version of the report it is often useful to employ the ‘Hide zero lines in report’ check box, since the number of Reporting Groups in the system can be quite large. Only groups that have seen a loyalty discount applied in the period will then be shown.
