This report allows you to view details of deposits that were outstanding on a previous date, including if and when they were redeemed or refunded after the selected date.

In Till>Till Features>Deposits you can see a list of deposits currently outstanding on the system.

The Deposits Statement Report allows you to recreate that snapshot for a prior date. In addition to the columns shown above, there are also columns for Redemption Date and Refund Date, so that you can see any deposits that are no longer outstanding on the system and what happened to them, when. To run this report, simply select the prior date and click ‘Load Report’.
