Where gift cards are used with the system this suite of reports provides information about their sale and redemptions.

Initially you’ll see a selection screen where you can choose the date range for the report and the report type.

Having made your selections just click ‘Generate Report’ to view the details.

The sales report shows all new cards issued in the period, with detail on which staff member sold the card, the date and time, the initial value and the current balance.

The redemptions report has a very similar format but with the amount of each redemption rather than the initial amount.

The detailed history report provides further detail on the use of gift cards, showing all items they were used to purchase.

Finally there’s a report of outstanding balances, including the most recent date the card was used, if applicable.
