Items added to current tabs in period
This report provides a breakdown of the individual items added to the currently open tabs in the period selected. This can be used to assess likely stock movements or to see how long items have been on a tab.
To view the report, first select the date range from and to. This is the date/time that items were added to tabs that are still live on the system. The range defaults to the current day but you can choose any range required. Next choose how you’d like the report broken down – by Reporting Group or Stock Family. The list to the right of this selection will change accordingly, allowing you to select or deselect groups or families according to your requirement. Once you’re happy with your selections, click ‘Load Report’.
As you can see the report is broken down into sections as per your selection and then lists the relevant items by category, then product, then sale item. For each line you can see quantity, the standard price, actual price and hence any discount, and then the total value.
