This report provides a summary of some key security information for staff in the selected period. It shows the number no-sales, number and value of voids, total number and value of sales and the average value of their sales.
It’s a sad fact of life in the hospitality industry that staff can’t always be trusted to properly record sales and ensure that the customers’ money ends up in the till drawer as it should. Heavy use of the no-sale and void buttons is often an indication that something might be awry, as is an average sale value markedly lower than that of their peers.
