This device has streamlined our food service. The staff love it, it has reduced confusion and no more writing orders on bits of paper. Every time I have had to phone the helpdesk with questions (and I've asked some silly ones) they have been very patient and helpful.
We like the system so much we have just ordered a second one for our mobile bar. Great product and very easy to use.
